Area Overview

Arada launches a new Masaar community in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates' Al Juwaiza'a district. With its most recent addition to the Sharjah district, the community offers the ultimate lifestyle transition, promoting a healthy way of living.

The community's design includes 50,000 trees that provide a green spine energized by pathways and a variety of sports facilities in a tranquil setting. This lush neighborhood offers top-notch living in a forest-designed setting, as well as nature-filled spaces for members to enjoy.

The neighborhood is easily accessible and mobile, and it is situated in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. It offers convenient connectivity choices and is within a 15-minute drive from Tilal City, Nasma Residences, and Sharjah International Airport.

Its primary draw is a five-kilometer looped, two-kilometer continuous cycling course that appeals to both recreational and expert cyclists. There are designated rest areas and healthful eateries next to the tracks for both visitors and locals living in this quiet neighborhood.

A Community Rooted in Nature.

Masaar provides access to neighboring communities including Tital City, Al Gharayen, and Al Khawaneej because it is situated between Emirates Road and Mleiha Road. Essential facilities including a school, grocery, restaurants, parks, and sports facilities are already there, even if infrastructure work is still proceeding. Within a short drive, homeowners can reach commercial establishments such as Geant, Rukn Al Sajaa, and Al Sajaa King to meet their daily needs. New World American School, Fatima Al Zahra School, Al Ansar International School, and University Hospital Sharjah are just a short 20-minute drive from Sharjah's academic and medical institutions. Personal transportation is the primary mode of transportation in the neighborhood, and each home has space for two cars. Masaar's strategic posture is further enhanced by its proximity to bus terminals and the international airports in Sharjah and Dubai.

Each house in the neighborhood is built to take advantage of the natural surroundings and privacy, which are enhanced by the organic gardens and landscapes. Maintaining a green environment through the recycling of water from the on-site treatment plant is one of the community's primary features.

The community is organized into eight phases, beginning with the Sendian community and progressing to the Kaya community. Properties in these two sectors are constructed with eco-friendly materials and are surrounded by greenery. For the Masaar area, about 4,000 townhouses and villas with two to five bedrooms each are planned. The future Masaar Experience Center is anticipated to include basic amenities like supermarkets, kindergartens, schools, and a mosque.
