Area Overview

Developer Meraas Holdings is pleased to announce the resumption of the Port De La Mer Project. The expansion of Jumeirah Dubai's La Mer Development on the waterfront. It has an island growth on the North Peninsula that is 130,000 square meters in size and is growing by roughly 700 meters into the ocean. It is built for the upscale, international yachting community and is based around a marina. 

The projected Port De La Mer island will include berthing for at least 150 vessels, three hotels, a yacht club, private apartments, and a shopping area adjacent to the marina. Along the offshore edge of the current North Peninsula, the ventures include the construction of 500 lm long shoreline and groins, 1,250 lm long quay dividers with precast concrete blocks, 6,500 m3 of cast-set-up concrete crown dividers, 4.5 million cubic meters of excavation, recovery, and soil improvement, and 120,000 cubic meters of short shore safety.

There are large parks, opulent gardens, playgrounds, and a private beach available to the locals on the property. Apartment owners in Port De La Mer will be able to access 190 yacht spots without having to leave the area. You can get to practically anywhere in the city fast thanks to the community's handy transportation interchange. It takes five minutes to walk to the Port De La Mer beach and the Dubai Mall, and it takes twenty minutes to drive to Dubai International Airport (DXB).
