The handovers started in 2019. Many complexes, including Polo Townhouses, Polo Residences, and Millennium Estate villas, are currently finished and ready for occupation. Of course, the completion date for each project varies. The development's main phase was originally scheduled to be finished in 2020, however, due to the pandemic's effects on construction, it might take longer.
